The price for the space at GSI is Rs. 9500 per sq mtr. for all days. The minimum offered area is 9 sq mtr. and other stall sizes are available in multiple of 9 like 18,27,36,45, 54 and 72 respectively.
Stall Package of 9 sq mtr. will include:
Carpeted booth, 1 table, 2 chairs, company name fascia, 3 spot light, waste paper basket and electrical point. Extra furniture can be hired on the – spot on direct payment basis & for bigger stalls package will be calculated on a proportionate basis.
Allotment of stall is governed by the following conditions:
- The stall allocation by the organizer shall be final and binding
- The booth once allotted cannot be shifted or transferred
- Allocation of space less than applied for or change in dimensions is binding on the participant.
- Reject any Application for space without assigning any reason thereof.
- The decision of the Organizer (GSI) would be final and binding in case of any clarification.
- The participant shall be liable to pay space charges for the actual coverage if it exceeds the area booked / allotted
